"Michigan Democratic primary on March 2nd, in which 100,000 voters in the swing state cast a ballot for “uncommitted” rather than for Biden" (this was 13.3% of Democratic primary voters)

Putting this into perspective, in 2012 10.6% of voters in the Michigan Democratic primary chose "uncommitted" instead of Barack Obama running for reelection:

It would be surprising that dislike for Biden's support of Israel would lead to electing Donald Trump, far and away the most ardently pro-Israel president in decades.

More likely, as Batya Ungar-Sargon has eloquently argued, it is the effect of Biden's policies on the auto industry in Michigan that will likely cost him that state, and by far more than 100,000 votes.
