"The primary crisis isn’t financial; it’s intellectual. This is brazen betrayal on a national scale"

This is exactly right: Mamdani's mother is a successful and wealthy filmmaker ("Monsoon Wedding") and he had an opulent wedding in Doha.

For a mediocre student majoring in African Studies, socialist antisemitism seems like a shrewd career choice.

Yes, it was a "shrewd career choice" playing to the ignorant masses,

and to the anti-civilization self-serving amoral #MSMedia outlets only interested in spinning sensational BS to capture maximum eyeballs and advertiser $.

Sorry Ayaan, for my crude reply agreement. Your work is so insightful and carefully worded it deserves the same from your readers.

Another razor sharp analysis, but what to do? What can be done about a system (college education and higher education in general) which has turned, like a rabid dog, on its owner? What can be done to expose the cancer of such poor scholarship and such ill discipline? This is surely the key question.

Men are irreducibly religious. The sin of oppression explained in materialist and secular economic terms is still oppression: a wickedness, a heresy for the oppressed to extinguish. "Globalize the Infantada" is the unceasing Jihad against the oppressor. Infidels have to be destroyed when they oppress the true believers, the faithful, the oppressed. You can hate the infidel all the time. But the righteous and holy war (Jihad) is your obligation when the infidel is the oppressor. Utopian dreams await you. "Workman (proletarians) of the world, unite! You have nothing to lose but your chains!" Substitute mujahadeen for workman. Marxism is just as much a religion as Islam and Christianity.

Mamdani's language is stripped of the jargon of revolution and religion. He reveres no holy texts. Still, there is the spirit of Cain about him, Cain's stench. The, 'eat the rich' hatred of your fellow man. Mamdani is a destroyer, and his voters imagine it's righteousness to burn it all down, they share the same spirit. They want no part in a religion where suffering is part of the plan. They can't concede their own sinfulness. Suffering precedes redemption in true religion. Cain's sacrifice is not respected. He will avenge himself for his own failure to find reconciliation with God by destroying his brother.

If only 'they' weren't making him marry the ugly sister. ...it's father's fault.

Thank you for speaking up so eloquently about these subjects! My brother, a retired college professor, has been speaking privately with me about these issues for YEARS, but had no public “voice” or forum to bring them to light. You are exquisite in your explanations and arguments. I am so grateful for your voice and your courage to speak out!!!

The federal government needs to implement a hiring ban on graduates from elite institutions that participate in antiAmerican activities. If Red state and local governments would follow suit, the right wing would have unprecedented bargaining leverage.

Ideological BS propagated by universities comes first, true. The Trump admin though uses financial tools to improve the situation. The Big Beautiful Bill for example - it will be easier to get a Fed loan for trade education in a community college and more difficult for a PhD in Grievance Studies. This should reduce the rate of reproduction of the Cross Sectional Horseshit professors. Also, they might compel several Ivies to accept some 'right wingers' in non-technical disciplines by threatening turn off the Fed $$ spigot. So, hopefully, the next generation of graduates will not be so ignorant and rabid. Or at least there will be fewer of the rabid ones.
