More evidence that Democrats have given real agency to the totalizing notion that life is a cosmic accident rather than a divine miracle. As such, life is a problem for the state to manage. Fewer lives, fewer problems requiring management.

Ben Franklin's Famous words to Mrs. Powell after the Constitutional Convention were, "We have given you a Republic madame, if you can keep it!" This is a reference to self-governance, meaning that the Golden Triangle of Freedom must be sustained. What is that? Glad you asked! In Os Guinness's book, A Free Peoples Suicide, he reminds us of exactly what that is. For freedom to live, it requires people to be virtuous (Killing your children or the elderly is not virtuous) Virtue requires that the people be allowed to practice their Faith (Christian Faith) hence the 1st Amendment right to practice it. Only then can we all enjoy this precious freedom which was fought for with so much blood and treasure.

100%, Ayaan. What Walz has put into the MN abortion language is truly a Moloch-worthy return to pre-Christian times. People need to think about it big picture-wise. Oh, those Christian moral codes, those “superstitions,” they have really held us back in our lurch toward modernity and existential convenience, haven’t they?

A few years ago I looked up a few financial facts about Planned Parenthood. I found that about 10% of their income from the Federal government gets donated back to Democratic candidates. It would be a major scandal if, say, a defense contractor donated 10% of its Federally supplied income to Republican candidates.

Another example of corporate media’s love for a quasi one party state.

Didn’t Harris lead the charge against David Daleiden as he revealed the sale of Baby parts?

Thomas F Davis's avatar

You are correct. Harris violated a California State Supreme Court ruling that journalist use of hidden cameras to investigate chicken farms was legal. Again, another proof that abortion is the first sacrament of our new pseudoreligion.

That we even have to talk about babies born alive after attempts on their lives is monstrous. We have the same situation in my country. Some wonderful godly Senators have a baby burn alive bill- why do we even need it? What a bunch of Molech worshipping monsters we have who are elected to government and medical staff that don’t disobey the edict and provide medical care. But after covid are we surprised? Stay out of hospital folks.

Only the baby does not choose. Like is precious. Every human is precious.

Are Americans stupid enough to vote these two Democratic heartless, self seeking wreckers to the highest office in the land? I pray not.

Great article juxtaposing Trump's genuine positions on issues versus Harris. Trump has significant flaws but I just recently remembered that he has significant strengths as well. The Democrats are dragging culture into a cesspool.

The culture is already in a cesspool, thanks to the Democrats’ media enablers. The current Democratic crop is just trying to ride the swill wave.

I believe that abortion is a big deal because educated women expect to spend their 20s going to college and starting a career. They expect to be sexually active, but having a baby would prevent the completion of college and/or career. Thus abortion as a sacrament.

Personally, I feel that the only things that matter in life are children and grandchildren. But what do I know?

That's a disappointing, poorly researched article. Here is an example: "They not only stopped building Trump’s wall." No, Trump promised to build the wall, and Mexico would pay for it. He had four years to fulfill his promise. He failed, and his lies should be clear by now, also to Ayaan. More recently, Trump prevented passing the bipartisan border bill as he didn't want to solve the problem, but he kept it as an unsolved campaign issue. I hope that Ayaan will stick to facts and do the necessary research in the future.

"They not only stopped building Trump’s wall."

despite your best efforts, all of your verbiage after that quote ignores it.

Didn’t they stop building the wall? The only other option would seem to be that they continued building it.

The wall that lying Trump didn't build and that Mexico didn't pay for. Why didn't Trump keep his promise if it is such a big deal (as you seem to assume it is)? He certainly did so with his pledge to lower taxes for the rich. It seems he didn't care about the border at all.

Why is the border still not secure? Because the Republicans prevented the bi-partisan border bill at the request of traitor Trump. What else must you know to understand that Trump is not interested in a secure border? Instead, he is only interested in himself, his weird obsession with growth sizes, and his admiration of foreign dictators.

Anyone who votes for Trump should understand that he votes for Putin and everyone else who wants to destroy American democracy.

Sad how little you are able to understand the context. Did you even bother to read her whole article? Ayaan wrote about Kamala Harris: "She blames Republicans, absurdly, for the crisis on the Mexican border that erupted immediately after she and Biden took office. They not only stopped building Trump’s wall but also abandoned all other sensible safeguards he had put in place." - Ayaan blames, absurdly, the Democrats for the crisis on the border without even mentioning that it was Trump, who promised (and failed) to solve the border problem and after his term also prevented the passing of the bi-partisan border bill that would have solved the problem under Biden. It's pathetic to ignore this context and therefore Ayaan and you should apologize to the Democrats but probably you don't have the guts to admit your mistakes and apologize for it.

I love how pathetic your response is. Could you have obfuscated more completely?

I challenged your accusation against Ayaan that she was wrong about, "They not only stopped building Trump’s wall." with your accompanying, “I hope that Ayaan will stick to facts and do the necessary research in the future.”

As I said, if she were incorrect about her, "They not only stopped building Trump’s wall." you could simply say that THEY DID NOT stop building the wall.

If you understand the first thing about logic, or cared to be logical, (instead of running from its clear implication) you’d see that by Ayaan saying that “they STOPPED building the wall” there is already the implication that the wall wasn’t finished.

Everything in your last comment is irrelevant to the only point I made above, which is Ayaan is correct in the assertion she made to which you are supposedly rebutting.

So, you can drop the,

-The wall that lying Trump didn't build and that Mexico didn't pay for.

-Why didn't Trump keep his promise if it is such a big deal (as you seem to assume it is)?

-He certainly did so with his pledge to lower taxes for the rich.

-It seems he didn't care about the border at all.

-Why is the border still not secure?

-Because the Republicans prevented the bi-partisan border bill at the request of traitor Trump.

-What else must you know to understand that Trump is not interested in a secure border?

-Instead, he is only interested in himself, his weird obsession with growth sizes, and his admiration of foreign dictators.

-Anyone who votes for Trump should understand that he votes for Putin and everyone else who wants to destroy American democracy.

All of this is either false or irrelevant.

Ayaan is correct that the Dems, "They not only stopped building Trump’s wall."

To deny it you’d have to conclude that 1) Trump didn’t begin building it or 2) that the Dems continued building it.

You owe Ayaan an apology.

If you are disappointed in the article it must be that you can’t handle the truth. Ayaan’s research (at least on the issue of "They not only stopped building Trump’s wall." Appears to be spot on. If you want to successfully rebut it, support 1) or 2) above.

In the many videos I have seen Harris intoning "ex cathedra" on abortion, I have never seen a debate on her views or a clear ideas as to their formulation. There is nothing expository about her views, hence it is just her opinion.
